Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
European Union: Usually 3–7 business days
International shipments: Usually 10–25 business days
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders (promotions will be clearly stated).
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.
Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and packaging. For lost packages, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. We will replace or refund the order once the investigation is complete.
